CODDY online courses are organized and administered by other individuals (Tutors/teachers).
The following terms and conditions apply whenever you register your child for any of CODDY online courses listed on Our Website.

In order for your child to participate in CODDY online classes, you will have to register your child by submitting the registration form on Our Website.
When registering for CODDY online courses, you will need to provide us with certain compulsory personal information. You confirm that all information and details provided by you to us are true, accurate and up to date in all respects and at all times.
Please note that completion of the online registration process does not constitute acceptance of your request to register your child for and participate in CODDY online classes. Acceptance of the registration, will take place only when we confirm your order by email. Prior to such confirmation, we have the right to decline or cancel an order for any reason, including legal and regulatory reasons.
Once we confirm your child’s admittance to CODDY online classes, you will at that point, automatically and without any further action being necessary, enter into a binding agreement with CODDY online school d to purchase CODDY online classes.
All products from CODDY online school may only be purchased for personal use and not for resale.
Any resale or distribution of products purchased at https://coddyschool.org/ is strictly prohibited.

You may pay by debit card, credit card or another alternative payment method specified as part of the checkout process. We may change the payment methods at any time but this will not affect any existing order.
The price of CODDY online classes you order will be the price indicated on the first page of Our Website.
The price of all Online Courses are in USA $ and includes VAT at the applicable rate. You will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
The prices of the different packages are determined by CODDY online school, and may vary depending on the number of modules and the period of time envisaged for the consumption of the modules.
The prices applicable for CODDY online courses are subject to change at any time.

To pay for the first lesson or one of the packages you need to follow the link that the manager will send you.
Then, you click on the "Pay" button, you will be redirected to the payment page. Submit your credit card information and email address. Click the "Pay" button. You may be sent to the bank web page that issued your card to confirm the transaction with a number from an SMS or notification.
The cost of each course is being agreed based on the payment link sent to the customer's contact number or email address, is determined by the school for their customers, and depends on the complexity and volume of services requested in the application.
To pay for a course using a bank card or PayPal, go to the corresponding page and click the "Buy" or "Pay the order with a bank card" buttons. Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal using the following payment systems:

- Mastercard Worldwide;
- Diners Club;
- American Express;
- JCB;
- Jiropay;
- EPS.
The customer pays for school's courses on the terms of 100% prepayment.
If only one lesson from the entire program is paid, then the user is obliged to pay for next lessons until the start of each lesson following the paid lesson.
If the customer fails to follow the payment procedure for classes, the school has the right to cancel the customer's class schedule by reserving classes for other customers.
The date of payment is defined as the date of receipt of funds to the school's account or the accounts of third parties with the authority to collect funds received for the school.
The customer is responsible for paying for related services, which are provided by third parties (such as communication services, the Internet, etc.) that are required to obtain educational services.

CODDY does not process personal information submitted by customers for Processing Center settlements. CODDY does not save the customer's bank/credit card information on our servers or cloud technology, etc.

CODDY online school will supply online classes as set out on your final order.
The Tutors/teachers are solely responsible for the preparation, condition, content, quality and delivery of CODDY online courses.
The timetable and schedule of any CODDY online course you purchase will be communicated to you by us or by the Managers administering CODDY online course following acceptance of your order.

When attending in CODDY online course purchased on Our Website all participants must:

• behave in a respectful, professional and appropriate way towards the Tutors/teachers and the other attendees;


• comply with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to the holding, organizing, managing, administering and attending CODDY online courses;


• comply with all the instructions, directions or regulations issued by us;


• not make illegal or defamatory postings;


• not act in a way that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party;


• not copy, distribute, download, display, perform, reproduce, modify, edit, alter, enhance, broadcast or tamper with, in any way or otherwise use any material contained in the course program or used during learning process, unless expressly permitted in writing;


• and not transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
  

You can always cancel a class due to illness with a doctor's note. In any other cases, class cancellation is highly undesirable. But we will provide you with a free class if you miss no more than one class of each module and contact us in advance or the Manager administering CODDY online course by emailing us or sending CODDY school Whatsapp message (no later than 5 hours before the start of the lesson).
Whether you will be entitled to a refund in the event of cancellation and, if so, the amount of the refund will depend on the package plan which you have purchased.

If your child is participating in a group CODDY online course, that is CODDY online course where your child is not the only participant but is part of a group with other students, classes may not be rescheduled. In case your child misses or will miss a class, you may request for your child to practice missed lessons later on arranged time by us and you.
We will arrange missed lesson free of charge for you (but no more than 1 time for each module) if you notify us in advance (at least 5 hours before the start of the lesson) or you can pay for an additional fee if you miss one lesson without warning or miss 2 or more lessons during in one module.

If your child is participating in a personal CODDY online course, that is CODDY online course where your child is the only student, and your child misses or will miss a class, you may request from the Manager administering the class to reschedule. Such rescheduling is subject to the availability of the Tutor/teacher and will be determined and negotiated by us and you at the time.
You will not be entitled to a refund for any classes your child has missed that have not been rescheduled for which you did not give us prior notice (at least 5 hours before the start of the class) or if you missed 2 or more classes within the module.
If for any reason the Tutor/teacher cannot make it to a class, a substitute Tutor/teacher will be assigned to deliver that class. In the very rare occasion that a substitute cannot be found, the class will be canceled.

You are responsible for procuring the necessary equipment for accessing and attending any CODDY online courses listed on Our Website. We shall not be responsible for the reliability or continued availability or speed or quality of the telephone or internet lines and equipment that you use.
Furthermore, it is your responsibility to ensure that your systems meet all technical requirements for a particular CODDY online course. Otherwise, we will not be liable or responsible for any technical issues on your side.

We reserve the right to change and update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Our updated Terms and Conditions will be displayed on the Website and by continuing to access, browse and use this Website following such changes, you will be deemed to have agreed to any changes or updates to our Terms and Conditions.
